On the 7th to 10th November, 2022, The Northeast India AV Archive organised a workshop for the staff of IPR Department, Government of Sikkim. The Workshop on Cataloguing and Digitising began with a session on the foundation of Archival studies, the philosophy of and need for archives especially in this region of the country, which was delivered by filmmaker and activist Tarun Bhartiya.
